Welcome to Just Kids Clothing (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

At Just Kids Clothing, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be exactly what you expected. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure a transparent and smooth process for such instances.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or order confirmation email.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Innerwear and socks.

  • Hair accessories and jewelry.

  • Items purchased during a “Sale,” “Clearance,” or any promotional event (unless found to be defective).

  • Any item that shows visible signs of use or damage not caused by us.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the defect and your order number.

  • If the defect is verified, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement, including any shipping costs incurred.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Payment Method: * Bank Transfers/COD: Refunds will be credited to your provided bank account within 5-7 working days.

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be reversed to the original card used. Please note that banks may take 7-14 working days to reflect this on your statement.

  • Deductions: Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable. For “change of mind” returns, a processing fee or bank charge (typically 3%) may be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Exchanges vs. Refunds

We encourage customers to opt for an Exchange if the size or color is not right.

  • Exchanges can be done at our physical store (Nugegoda) or via courier.

  • For courier-based exchanges, the customer is responsible for the “up and down” delivery charges unless the item is faulty.

6. Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us for the return address.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it was sent in error or is defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
